Often I do a Friday-Saturday shtick. I'm thinking seriously about moving it to Sunday-Monday, entirely due to the crowds. It seems a lot of people are taking Fridays off now. Sundays are often lighter than Saturday. On Mondays the only thing I wonder about is if I am dealing with seconds - beat up trails and woods. Woods are wood, can't do much about that. Do areas slack off on grooming? I know the lift count goes down.
Any other considerations, other than rock star parking?

Right where I want to be
Comes down to when did it snow last. Another thing is if you do Fri/Sat you have Sunday to rest - where as Sun/Mon back to work Tuesday

Friday. Monday is too beat up. Ski area spends the week getting it back in shape for weekend, so Friday is nicer. This assumes snow storms and pow are equal, otherwise you go with the storm.

Mondays can be pretty beat up, Also some will do the Monday thing sometimes for a three day weekend, nothing like fridays in my experience. Friday is the new Sunday. Super Bowl Sun/Mon ftw.

Tues/Wed/Thurs if you want peace and quiet.

Fridays are way better than Mondays. Mondays generally have limited lifts availible and scraped off snow. It usually takes an area two groomings to recover from the heavy ski traffic of a busy weekend. That being said Tuesdays are way better than Fridays.

As someone who is lucky enough to have a schedule that lets me ski Sat-Mon most every weekend, I can say for sure that from a crowd perspective Sunday/Monday the vast majority of the time are my best 2 days each weekend. I also look at it from the perspective that its really nice to end my weekend of skiing on the least crowded day, which also makes the ride home that much nicer too! If you did the Friday/Saturday thing, then your second day would be what is typically the most crowded and you'd more than likely have to deal with those extra crowds at somepoint on your ride home too
