Mount Snow bought Carinthia? When did that happen?

About the same time this picture was taken of your V!

Note, you're entitled to a few cold beers on a certain deck in West Dover for my reply here!

I thought those were some of your fancy scrubs you wear to work

Close, I just prefer solid colored pants ;) I will however admit to have a couple of tropical fish/aquarium print scrub tops that get pretty darn close to that print though :)

Is Carinthia a separate ski area?

Do you need another lift ticket to ski Carinthia?

When are they going to build the interconnect...???

These sound like great questions for the "Pre American Skiing Company 1986 Alpine Zone Ski Area Challenge".

So that was YOU on my trail last year. :argue:

The Carinthia park opened first last year.

The Carinthia park opened first last year.

And Mount Snow is installing additional fan guns at Carinthia on the following trails:

- Upper Nitro
- Lower Titanium
- Mine Shaft

Last year fan guns were installed on Inferno (the trail formerly known as Stugger's Chute) and The Gulch (the trail formerly know as The Vermonster).

They are updating the Carinthia Base Lodge also. From Mount Snow's website:

A smorgasbord of rails, jumps and halfpipes will cover nearly five miles of terrain at Carinthia. A snowskate playground, hikable park, beginners’ learning park and a skate ramp will surround the base area, while the base lodge itself will be renovated and outfitted with lounge areas, an extended outdoor deck with ample seating, counter seating along the windows, free wireless internet, flat screen televisions and outdoor fire pits.

I would bet you see Carinthia open with features by Thanksgiving (with November 8th being my lottery pool guess on Mount Snow's opening for the main face).
