Good concepts in it IMHO. Just gotta remember that this is a long term concept plan here, with a 30 year time frame mentioned in the article for completion. I'd guess that most of the actual ski area items (new base lodges, new/reconfigured lifts, etc would be in the early phase, with the final build out of the 200 proposed housing units taking the bulk of thew 30 years, since my guess is they'd be built quite slowly with only a small number of units being put up at a time, rather than just spending a ton of $$ right away to put up all the housing units
