I am new to the northeast, recently relocated from SLC, UT. I love to Boardercross but I'm living in NYC. I need to get to the races in Jan, Feb and March but I don't have a car out here. What would you guys recommend? Are there buses? Trains?

Sweeeet! Yeah. I'll keep my eyes out for it. I keep up on the usasa site. That's how I find out about all the races. If they're not usasa, then I don't know how to find out about them. But, I pressume most races will be usasa sanctioned. If a resorts going to take the time to build a course, they might as well bring out the right peeps.

So, I just checked it out. There is a BX race at Hunter on Feb. 11th. I'll definitely be hitting that up!

Sugarloaf had a boardercross course set up for a few weeks last year. Kind of a haul from NYC though.

One is boardecross is awsome. You are not going to find the level of courses you would find in your previous location. Her are some mountains that hold boardercrosses.

A AWSOME course for the east. I was there a couple years ago and watched it. Took the course after and it was fun.

Not sure about competitions but they have a decent course (Better mid-season)

Not really sure about any others. I looked but no luck.
