Eventually there will be a nice lodge and restaurant on the summit.
Eventually is such a loaded word ;)
Around 2018/2019 there were Act 250 filings about the top lodge and sewage trench/pipe down the mountain. I was told by an insider that the sewage pipe was insanely expensive and almost makes the whole top lodge a no go. Here we are coming up on 5 years and there is no sign of the top lodge.

They need the gondola for non ski season activities. It ain't going no place unfortunately.
And, its a gaper trap when its running.
Absolutely.

That is going to change that mountain so much if they make it an unlimited IKON mountain. Is there room for luxury condos anywhere near the base? It seems like no, but you never know. Maybe they buy Loveland and create an interconnect?

And sorry sugarbush.....there ain't much money left over for an NRX upgrade, so we'll have to push that off a few more years.
Definitely no condos, definitely no Loveland interconnect.

And NRX is out of the bag and in the budget……

How they manage Ikon access is a really good question. I agree that full on, unlimited access changes the vibe significantly.

Edit - but they still have the limitation on parking holding back the masses to some extent……
