Doesn't AZ have any Killington reps with the real deal??? Until last season Killington was the premier place to ski in the east but now they let Mount Snow and Sugarbush one up them..what a bunch of pansys..

In 16 years of working in different arenas of the hospitality business, I've lived by one simple premise. "Under promise and over deliver" It's really not that hard of a concept to understand in pleasing customers.

....if you're a representative of Killington, I would certainly not kid like that. Killington's PR ranks at the bottom of most people's list in terms of honesty and appearing that they care about their customers. They have HUGE work to do in regaining consumer trust. Even slight jokes like the one you just made could be bad for their business.
