There's also a bunch of local CO towns looking to raise taxes on ABNB as well. The angst in ski towns is real. It's not just from locals mad at skyrocketing home prices, it's locals who feel the soaring number of empty units are harming a sense of community and/or harming the local job market. There's a variety of reasons various people are pissed off.
