The drop downs are not styled correctly and drop down "behind" the images. This is a major problem on the internet with a lot of drop downs. Maybe it works in some browsers, but no dice here on the latest version of FireFox. So that is the first glaring thing that really burns me. I simply hate Flash and I think it has no business on most businesses web page except those in the graphic arts realm that need their presentation to truly reflect what the product is.

Quick reference at conditions at the top right of the page is nice, I like to see that on the main page of ski area web sites with an easy to locate link to the full conditions page.

Kinda "cartoony" graphics on the design with the trail signs. Not to fond of that and the colors don't really jump out at me with the background. Lots of feed links, looks like they want more of a "bloggy" feel. I think the old version of the page was better but just my personal preference regarding design. Not being able to access the navigation is major points off.

I didn't have problems with the drop downs in Firefox on a PC or in Safari on a Mac. Also since the page is fixed width the right hand dropdowns are cut off on my laptop browser. But I pretty much agree with everything else River mentioned. It seems like a lot of stuff is just thrown up on the page (in cyan). Probably wouldn't do very well in a usability test.

I was using Firefox 2.0.0.7 and updated to 2.0.0.8 and the drop downs worked fine in either.

running firefox with adblock plus ext and the dropdowns work ok for me.. page is too busy for my taste.. the cam block is cool, the top bar is way way too big and fancy looking and the menus are not so friendly even when they're working right.

Funny how it works for bobbutts but not on my end running the latest Firefox with Adblock Plus. I blocked the objects including the cam and the flash below the nav bar and now the drop downs work fine.
