Hey, you're not the boss of me! Got a phone interview lined up for tomorrow. I don't wanna work for anyone that won't let me surf! :smash:

Sweet. Good luck. Come work for my boss. She encourages me to take days off when a storm is approaching.

Ultra YG Adult (13-18) - $995.34
Ultra Junior (7-12) - $783.34
Ultra Sr (65-69) NO/Strat - $709.14
Ultra SS 70+ NO/Stratton - $348.74

WHOOPPEEEE!!!! :smash: A whole 15 minutes private access. That's worth $1200??!! Some real suckers out there then.   FWIW Burke offers all their passholders 8-9 first track access. And the passes are less than half what they are here. Now this pass MIGHT be a better value if they added another more diverse mountain to it...something like Stowe or something with more difficult/challenging terrain.

Peak Pass - 7 days, unlimited. Ski and ride every day at Okemo and Mount Sunapee with no restrictions. Okemo Mountain Peak Pass holders receive 30% off multi-day lift ticket prices at Crested Butte seven days a week, including holiday periods.
Peak Adult (19-64) - $1,058.94

Peak Junior(7-12) - $687.94
Peak Senior (65-69) - $624.34
Peak Super Sr 70+ - $285.14

Again, excessive pricing for what they are offering. :smash:

Value Pass Plus - 7 days, non-holiday. Ski and ride seven days a week excluding all holiday periods at Okemo, Mount Sunapee, and Stratton. Value pass is available at one rate for all ages, 7 & up.
Value Pass Plus - $581.94
Midweek Super Pass - 5 days, midweek, non-holiday. Ski or ride every Monday through Friday, excluding all holiday periods at Okemo, Mount Sunapee, and Stratton.
Midweek Super Pass - $295.74
Super Senior Midweek Pass - $210.94

This is interesting. I don't recall this option last season. Not a bad deal, except note that it is the same price regardless of age. So a family of four is still coughing up more than $2,000 for the privilege of skiing Triple Peaks.

SUGARBUSH

Adult All-Mountain 7
$949 - before 5/3/07
$999 - before 9/20/07
$1399 - after 9/19/07

No surprise considering that SB is chasing Stowe and that market. Ski 15 days and you've pretty much paid for it.

Adult Mt. Ellen-7
$499 - before 5/3/07
$559 - before 9/20/07
$649 - after 9/19/07

Adult Mt. Ellen-5
$299 - before 5/3/07
$344 - before 9/20/07
$374 - after 9/19/07

Youth Mt. Ellen 7
$159 - before 5/3/07
$199 - before 9/20/07
$249 - after 9/19/07

Senior Mt. Ellen 7
$359 - before 5/3/07
$399 - before 9/20/07
$459 - after 9/19/07

Not a great deal anymore considering that SB announced that late season operations are shifting to LP this season. I thought that they were trying to get away from the bad ASC decisions...Ellen holds snow longer and better than LP. Simple fact of reality. Plus, Summit Ventures sunk a lot of $$$ to get the GMX back in place so that they could offer pre and late season skiing at Ellen. Why revert to something that didn't work and still charge the full price is beyond me. Maybe Win can reconsider this move?

Mt. Ellen PLUS Passes
Valid at Sugarbush's Mt. Ellen, plus five days at Lincoln Peak and Spring skiing after Mt. Ellen closes

Interesting compromise....but my comments above still apply. Late season = Mt. Ellen.

ME held more snow for a simple reason. Extra snowmaking allowed it. The top of Rim Run is affectionately called "Baldy" for a simple reason. The Spring Sun hits its hard and it requires a lot of extra snowmaking to hold this trail in the Spring. The same is true of Lower Rim Run and the area called the "Mid-Flats" around the Glen House which will turn to Slush if there is not extra snowmaking in anticipation of Spring and creative grooming. In the past we made the extra snow to keep ME going up top and the new GMX allowed for downloading. This year we made the extra snow on Stein's, Snowball, Spring Fling and Coffee Run. We will keep Bravo and Heaven's Gate running as long as snow cover allows and then switch to Valley House to access the trails mentioned, so there will be no need to download. I have been skiing here (not riding yet) for over 30 years, and there are good arguments for both Mountains to stay as the Spring mountain. This year, I have elected to go for LP. Some of the best Spring runs I have had in past years have been on Stein's, and I personally think it is the equal of FIS in the Spring. We will keep GMX and Summit in reserve, so if we are wrong, we can do an "audible". Everyone will have their own opinion, but I am convinced that we will have terrific skiing and riding at LP through April! So try it and let me know what you think!

I KNEW he would chime in....and to think that AZ is for armchair resort operators and hacks

Not many resort operators and managers come into ski forums to participate. Kudos for the facts and response....as well as the willingness to listen to your skiers and riders!

Yes but Okemo is a far better mountain than Burke.

Well "Threedom Pass" just lost 7 season pass holders (our family and a friends family). They just posted their prices for '07/'08:

2007-2008 THREEDOM PASS OPTIONS*

Adult ANYTIME PASS LIMITED EDITION VALUE AFTER MAY 31
(ages 19+) $749 $599 $449 $799$649$499
Teen
(ages 13-18 ) $449 $389 $479 $419
Junior
(ages 6-12) $399 $329 $429 $349
Senior
(ages 65-79) $399 $329 $429 $349

College Student $249 $279

So, not only did the prices jump WAY up ($349 for the limited pass this season up to $599 next year), but they also went from 10 blackout dates this season to 19 next season. AND next season they are also charging more for the teen pass and junior passes that don't have any blackout dates (this season there was one price for those with no blackout dates).

They suck. I am so pissed off right now. We have only been pass holders for the last two seasons, but that's it for us. We probably won't be renewing our Threeedom Passes. Hopefully someplace has a season pass that makes more sense for us next season.
