Ninthward LT 176 Alpine Ski

S176.jpg

The LT 176 Twintip Ski excels in the park, but these boards won't disappoint when you spot a line that needs to be skied. Pro Skier Laurent Thevenet teamed up with Ninthward to create a ski that's at home anywhere on the mountain on any day. A mad pop ollie pad layered on top of a poplar and fir core gives you a playful, reactive ski in the park and urban rails. The LT's midfat shape and progressive sidecut allow you to lay down medium radius turns in the pow, yet this ski retains its edge-to-edge quickness. The extra width adds greater stability for stomping landings in backcountry pow. The homeboys at Ninthward gave the LT 176 a super durable high-density mounting plate so when you hit the knuckle in the park, you're less likely to rip the bindings out of your skis. ABS Sidewalls and Rockwell 45 edges offer greater jibbing durability and are easier to repair in case of nasty battle damage. DuraSurf 4000 sintered bases and Rockwell 45 edges offer killer glide, hold wax better, and stand up against core shots when you're skiing early season pillow drops.
