Couple of guys in NY making counterfeit TNF Coats. USDC SDNY just nailed them...$1 million in a judgment against them.

spyder had some counterfits floating around earlier in the ski season i think. always a good idea to buy from an established retailer.

TNF has gone too mainstream..you can buy em at Macy's now....I have a TNF jacket that really didnt stand up too well...I'm a big fan of EMS, they make great gear and it's nice to support a more "local" company rather than the big dogs where the prices are inflated to pay for their advertizing costs..
