NWS Detailed Point Forecast

They're now using the Google Map API for their point forecast. I like it with the forecast area being shaded in red. It makes it much easier to zoom in and select a particular area based on elevation.

I noticed that today as well, much more useful IMHO.

I'm glad this forum exists...I thought I was the only nut. Anyone else often read the forecast discussions? "IT'S ALWAYS IN CAPS. THEY MUST LIKE TO YELL"

Has anyone clicked on the Google Earth KML link? Damn cool. Make sure you enable the Weather Layers
