Well it wasn't pretty but it was entertaining. It was on twister with 2 pro jumps and the surface conditions were a mixture of corn/ice/chunks of ice. skibum99999999999995 had a good first run, running in the number 2 slot and had the top time for our team. BobR and myself ran #5 and Bob blew out of his ski right before the first jump and went over the jump on one ski and I hit a chunk of ice with my outside ski on the turn before jump # 2 and DSQ'ed. Ga2ski and scott were running 27 and by then the ruts were huge. Ga2ski managed to finish without scott. On the second run I safely navigated the course but was thinking of being able to support my family and wasn't very fast and "the dead guy" aka bobr made it to the second jump before losing a ski, he tried to not go over the jump on one ski and managed to lose the second one before going over. Scott ended up tangled up with a gate needing assistance to get up and ga2ski used his waterski/tele technique to safely make it down.

So we ended up with 3 of the 5 scoring and in 15th out of 20

Roark could have helped, even if he just gave us the standard 1 point but again he was MIA. Also Bobr should have done a little more to keep his skis attached.

Ga2ski put some stuff up in the trips thread also

Too lazy to post a formal trail report, but the course was a blast last night with two jumps in the course. We didn't fair all that well in terms of team results, but I had fun. Skibum had our best finish, guess Treeskier and Bob just could handle their skis leaving the snow. Well Bob definitely could handle it as he preleased both runs resulting in spectular crashes to watch. Bob - hope you are okay.
Overall we finished 15th out of 19 teams and we only had three finishers (Skibum, Treeskier and myself).

the rest
Thankx for not busting me GA2ski. I am really beat up today. I did not sleep well. I hurt everywhere.
Negitive attitude to go with it.
If I even finshed 1 run we would have been in the top ten I think.

Enough of that.

We had a great year. Scott made the most progress moving way up in the rankings. Ga2ski was the most consistant high point getter. He challenged us fixed heel guys weekly. Best addition (and only addition) goes to Skibum995. Pretty turns. He made the Nastar finals.
Charlie made a visit last night. Seems like he will be back in the game maybe even this weekend. Good to see his smile.

Roark does not look like the same skier as last year. He improved alot. He has been bitten by ths ski bug big time.

That leaves Tree_skier. He won 3 nights I belive with his worst night being a 6th place finish.. The only night I beat him all year. Fantastic amount of points and even one Platnum metal finish. High end Racer here.

Me I win the slacker racer of the year. Never really did much. Had fun though

Ga2ski did the report. No issue on the format. I asked him for help. Did not have it in me to do the report today.

As for next year..
Same rules apply thsoe who were on the team this year get an automatic invite back. Registrations start in Sept. There are some who would like to join. Possibility of a 2nd team. time will tell.
