Psyched..moving to a steezier apartment..

I found out earlier that all my references were good and I'm moving into a new apartment in about 6 weeks. This place is mad steezy yo. Pool, Tennis court, Sauna, Fitness center and free parking. In my apartment I have a washer/dryer..dishwasher...garbage disposal..central AC..and a balconey...all things I don't currently have..plus high speed internet which I don't have since I have one way cable modem with dial-up in my current place. It should be a nice stepping stone for a year or two before I build a house in the burbs...Holla..and it's a mile closer to Blue mountain than where I live...JEA!!!!

I'm planning on hosting some post skiing get-togethers..I expect a good housewarming gift from you..perhaps an Apron or a bong..lol

No more runs but it's better to be 17 miles away vs 18 miles away...and if I get the runs on the way home from skiing..the 2-3 minute less drive will be huge..lol

Sounds good to me..and apparently in Allentown you can get your hookers and blow from the same guy,...I'm totally down with one stop shopping..

When I was filling out the paperwork there was a hottie in a bikini..but unfortunately I move in after the pool season is over..but there's always next summer..in the building I am moving into.,,,it's mostly singles since it's all one bedrooms..the 2-3 bedrooms are mostly families..better than where I currenly live which is mainly senior citizens and recent paroles from Lehigh County prison..lol

Steezy..My new place is gonna be similar to Tom Hanks pad in Big..the ceilings are way to low for a trampoline but I'm going to get a Pepsi machine and a bunkbed for sleepovers..as long as I can be on top..lol

We are having our best year ever in the tombstone business..actually the past 4 years we've had double digit sales growth..JEA!!!!..My rent is actually only going up $115 a month..from $735 to $850..but I'm saving mad loot not having to put quarters in a laundry machine...actually my electric bill will be higher due to the laundry machines...doh..

With a dishwasher..I'll do a heck of alot more cooking..and entertaining...steezy..
