Just Greg and I tonight. We met up a little after 6 on Scoville road and after a brief assessment of the weather situation decided to skip anything west of route 69. We headed right for the cemetery twisties which rolled pretty nice but before we made our way through the climb at the end we found ourselves in the middle of a pretty intense thundershower. Nothing life threatening mind you but enough weather to delay us a good 15 minutes, soak both of us to the bone and further grease up the trails.
Regardless, after the storm passed we pressed on up the fat kid climb and down the cornwall downhill across Cornwall Road and into ye old 69'er and out the remainder of the cemetery twisties and back to the cars.
I didn't see much of Greg during the ride, only at the start, finish and the very few breaks we took along the way. He is really flying on the new bike even more so today since he put the Kendas on it. WOW!
Anyway it was a great ride despite the poor weather and slippery conditions, none the less a chance to break out my new GPS unit, a Garmin Vista HCX. Here's the track from today....
