Recommendation on men's waterproof bib pants that are just an outer shell

I'd like to switch over to bib ski ants this season (the full overall type), and if I'm going to spend decent money for a waterproof pair, I'd like a sort of shell that I can wear all thru the spring (and just layer up when it's cold).

Anyone use a pair like this that they really like?

Although they're not from a traditional "ski" company. These bibs, from a sailing outfitter in the UK called Musto will definitely do the job. I'll typically wear these BR1 bibs when sailing, but they work great on powder days because of the extra protection.

http://www.landfallnavigation.com/mustobr1.html From persona experience, They keep me dry in waves & rain, and they easily handle snow. Non-insulated, and they also have a pouch for storing a Leatherman, or other skiing paraphernalia The front zipper is a 2-way zipper so you can start at the bottom when you gotta go #1.

Pretty decent price too.

Just found a NorthFace Hyvent "Anchor" bib. Great price at local shop...waterproof/breatheable.. I always need a little work on leg length and a little personal mod = a little additional material for a little more space around the ribcage, but a great, comfortable fit everywhere else...off the shelf!(unheard of for me). A much more comfortable fit than all the pants I tried on this morning..;-) Venting looks to be well placed.

I saw some Stoic one's on Steep and Cheap today. They are doing a ski thing right now so may pop-up again.
