Hey guys, it's been awhile since I've been on here. In fact, I moved from Sugarloaf where I ran King Pine for many years to Dillon, Co and am now working at A-Basin. Figured what better way to make a reintroduction than to post a video. It is from last season at Copper mountain. I took a cat to the top of Tucker mtn and hiked about 45 minutes along the ridge to Fremont chute #4. Not the best snow year but still amazing topography and there was a little fresh despite how dry it looks. It never rains out here in winter which is nice but I'm hoping this year, we at least see an average snow year.

Good to see you here my friend. Cool video. I hope the pattern change stays for you. If it does I'll see you at A-basin when its deep.

Nice video, except it is depressing to see that little snow. I moved to Colorado last year (St.Mary's, by Idaho Springs) from Masachusetts and Copper is my resort of choice since it is less than an hour away and has some great terrain.

IMHO, the views off the top of Copper are some of the best I have ever seen at a ski area.
Yeah-- real good-- but at top of Abay are nothing to sneeze at. Not sure who realizes this, but A-basin doubled its skiable acreage a few years back when they opened Montezuma bowl. From the towers above Lenawee chair, you cans see as the Who sings, for `Miles and Miles. The view just goes forever! I love working there.

I was at A-Basin, over 20 years ago...well before Montezuma. A-basin was my favorite.....Copper just behind. I only skied those 2, Breck and Vail when I was out there.

By far has the best trail layout of any mountain east or west
