we can thus deduce that HPD obviously does not have a big caboose.

depends on the gondi. usually i find 8 person gondis are not good rides for a single. there is usually a group that occupies at least half the cabin who is carrying on their own private conversation. it's kinda like the 6pack, just too big and small groups tend to dominate the conversation.

four person gondis are another story. i almost always engage or get engaged in coversations on loon's gondi for example. the largest group is only three people, though normally you get paired up with another single and a double. a good mix.

never really have any convos on tram rides. i much prefer listening to commentary from others  always amuses me what people have to say.

Missed riding with Bill Murray on the Gondola at Stowe by two cars about eight years ago. That would be my contribution to the thread.

How did Bill ski? Sucks u missed him that would have been a story. He's one funny guy.

From what I've heard, he's pretty decent on the groomers, a solid intermediate level skier. I'm guessing with his filming schedule he doesn't get out much, but I do know that he enjoys skiing Stowe. I saw him that one time and have heard of numerous other sitings over the years.

I agree he's one funny guy. He's had a few bad movies over the years, but I'd say out of all the SNL alum he's had the most staying power.

The biggest caboose cut it loose.

LOL - I never heard that one before. I'm going to use it.

I dunno i would be kinda scared to say that, espicially on a tram. Some fat person may not appriciate it and crush you into the corner and youll have nowhere to run! So before sayin this i would look around to see if anyone had a really large caboose

I miss the old Wildcat gondi the most. Each cabin was like a time capsule of goodies. Crumpled up snot rags, trail maps, beer cans, roaches(and i'm not talkin bugs),& half eaten twinkies.
The 'Cat Gondi was the only two person gondola i've ever heard of, or at least seen. Always made me think of the Jetsons.
