Room darkening blinds - did i do it wrong?

I don't think the sun has anything to do with it. Little kids have amazing internal clocks. Somehow Hunter knows when its 6.30 am on the dot. Every morning. Without fail. No matter where we are.

Kids are all different, have 2 sleepers and one early bird. Sleepers are great to have, except when they have to be up at 7am winter weekends to get to ski program and it's -10* outside...

This is whole different thing though...night work and day sleep is a real and extremely difficult issue for alot of folks. I wonder if I could day sleep even with foil over the windows.

I know quite a few nurses (wives of friends) who have real health issues because of their schedule.

I used to stay up all day and go to sleep for around 4pm...
Got a TON of skiing in at Vernon Valley and the Poconos... :)

But yeah - it f'd with me on many levels...
