Route 214 between Bell and Tannersville

Anyone know if 214 is open and what the drive is like, especially at night?

Or, How would you go from Bell to Suagerties?

The kids want to hit Last Chance after skiing Bell tomorrow...but we are staying at the quality Inn in Saugerties

Trail report at Bell doesn't look too good though
