Well, according to the RH, the State approved the assignment of the lease to SP/POWDR. They report that the deal is likely to close on THURSDAY in Boston. The Herald also said that Allen Wilson is still running the mountain, but his "future was uncertain." SP/POWDR declined to comment further, simply saying, "talk to ASC."

Oh yeah, and this just in....POWDR announced its new management team consisting of:

Andy Zee as Social Director

TB as operations manager

2knees as bumps specialist

Bob R was sought, but apparently has been recruited by Sunday River instead. Sheesh :roll:
