I'm definitely excited about Saddlebacks' new owners - can't wait to get up there and check it out.

One if it's biggest negatives though is the far drive, especially from boston, but even for people in the Portland area.

Rangeley is also one of the coldest places in Maine most of the time
but, the seasonal/second home community there has really built up over the years, so it can be an advantage.
