The Ski-Bees Ski Club is a member of the Eastern Inter-Club Ski League
(EICSL) which consists of 30 ski clubs in the Mount Washington Valley.
Our club provides a friendly environment (almost family-like) to meet people,
have fun, party, and Ski/Snowboard. It's a 21+ club.
The Ski-Bee lodge is on Kearsarge Road in North Conway, NH.
The lodge is centrally located in the Mount Washington Valley.
Just down the road (less than a mile) is Mt. Cranmore. Attitash/Bear Peak,
Bretton Woods, Black Mountain, Wildcat, and Shawnee Peak ski resorts are all within 30 minutes.
Sunday River is about 75 minutes away. For cross-country skiers, Jackson X-Country Ski Foundation,
Great Glen Trails, Whitaker Woods, and Pinkham Notch Trails are all nearby.
North Conway also hosts an expanse of restaurants, outlet shopping, and nightlife.
If you would like to be a guest for a weekend at our lodge, one of Membership
Committee members would be happy to sponsor you. Plan to bring your own bed linen
(or sleeping bag), towels, and toiletries.
Visit http://www.ski-bees.com and request that the Membership Committee to contact you and
specify that you would like to be a guest for a weekend. We'd be glad to have you come over!

Were I young and unattached the ski clubs look like a great deal. Wife and I are at that stage where we'd like to share our own bedroom.

You should hook up with Kickstand. Great guy. Same situation with him.

Actually, we're going to be staying up at Attitash this Feb break, now that you mention it. :D

during MA break, we avoid Conway like the plague that week. I hope to have our place rented out, so it IS about the money, just as much as it's about the crowds.

Do you know which week that is? We're in CT, and with the kiddo in school now, unfortunately, there's no choice. :(

I believe MA is 2/18-25. At least that's what we put on our CyberRentals page!

we don't have kids yet. We're going to avoid it during that week until we don't have a choice. What's nice is, the Conway area schools also break the same time as MA, so they can work to help support the extra influx of business. The week of NH vacation (the very next week) is much less crowded than the week of MA's.

I usually go to North conway the NH vacation week. Last year Attitash had a few events during that week.
One was the Mountain Dew Vertical Challenge. That week is some much more mellow.
Nashua schools take the Monday for Washington's Birthday off so I take a day off and get a 4 day work week and then vacatation the following week Nice break.

FWIW, mid-week shouldn't be as bad as I make it sound. However, President's Day weekend could be a bit rough, since it is a long weekend for everyone, not just for those with kids in school.
