i really like history in general. and i really like learning about my new home. and i really love the counterculture of the 60s-70s. so this is all great.

i am really excited to get into the hiking and swimming holes stuff this season. catskill skiing isnt my thing generally but i am beyond jazzed to have all this great summertime nature minutes away

i dunno what that means. that is big pink. a house that was occupied by the band and bob dylan when recording some of their most important work. its in the hills above woodstock. technically west saugerties. on the flank of overlook mountain.

yea i am mildly annoyed that windham left my pass. no chance i switch to epic, and i dont want hunter.

a ny ski3 gets me belleayre but thats a pretty pricy add on as i dont intend to ditch ikon or indy. platty also is an option. catamount is on my indy. i wanted to go there for a night ski this week but realized they only have night skiing on weekends. jiminy is just a bit too far unless i leave work early.

i didnt do any catskill skiing this season. i was very tempted to get to belleayre a few times. its hard to pony up $80-$100+ when i have tons of options that are 'free'

another famous music house, and it too can now be rented. American Football will be in Boston July 8th, glad they are touring. Not great ski music, though

never heard of that band. Strange that the lineage goes through Allison Kraus's family! She's definitely not in the EMO/punk genre
