Speaking of Mountain Creek so sad that the original owner passed away this past weekend.

There's a triple at Cranmore that goes to the summit. Has to be the slowest in the east hands down.

Any self-respecting slowest chairlift thread wouldn't be complete without a mention of the former 'Hornet Double' at Tenney Mountain. Thing was brutally slow.

+1 on the Tenney Double
Also the Green Ridge Triple and Glades Peak Quad at Okemo are both very slow. But never crowded so I do find myself on them more than I'd hope to be when I ski Okemo.

The Bonnie at Jay Peak--soooo slow! Not really much to look at on it either--just the same view of upper Can-Am and occasionally the tram.

-I can put up the the Jet lift though... That ones always a party!

EDIT: Actually the Metro Quad is even slower--its just that I don't ride it that often (unless there is a wind-hold, which "never" happens at Jay Peak )

I was gonna mention "The Metro" but that kind of qualifies as a beginner area, but that one could probably take the cake

If former lifts are allowed then I'll mention the old Ramshead double and the original Sunrise chair at Kton. I had only rode each a few times but I remember them being lengthy rides (and with slow line speed too).

As for current lifts, Wilderness chair at Bolton.

Oh man thats a nasty slow one. Or chair 8...or chair 9 ect...

The double at powderhorn has got to be at least 15 minutes.

SS is the Powderhorn Double you speak of at the Powderhorn Ski Area ? Because you reminded me of the old Powderhorn double at Snowmass that went up to Sams Knob. That was one long slow lift. The original Big Burn lift was a long ride as well. Aspen Highland's originally had one long ass chair from the base to the mid mountain lodge (I wanna say Cloud Nine but not sure). They broke it in two in the 80's then eventually went HSQ.
