Sugarbush is in the middle of a major squall, complete whiteout, you can't see Gate House from Valley House, ~75 yards. It's supposed to keep dumping all night and we've got a bigger storm lining up for New Year's. Get on it!

Just got done with a ski over at John Brown Farm. 5 inches in the quiet areas. Scored some fisrt tracks.

Really hard to put snow totals on this one. On mt. Conditions were probably 0-36 inches. In 10 years, today was the worst commute I've ever had. At 4 this am I was stopped on the Hwy in a whiteout for a solid 10 minutes. Finally started moving by looking out my side window and keeping the plough pile 10 feet away from my door. Tanker trucks off the road, among the handfull of other vehicles. Crazy cold front. Temps dropped 30 degrees in 6 hours. Now 89 is a sheet of ice. I love winter driving. Makes just gettin around seem like an adventure.
