So I found my Rubick's cube the other day...

and I began solving it, looking a bit like a monkey solving it I imagine.


I was making good progress on it, then without warning or caution, my right arm decided to wack myself in the forehead with it. I'm not sure why, it might have decided I was wasting time with it. It left a large red mark on my forehead.


Has that ever happened to anyone else?

I got my kid a cube with white spaces on all the sides. Prevents such injuries.

There was a news report just yesterday, where someone set a new world record for solving the rubiks cube, something like 11.5 seconds.

I've only ever managed to get a large yellow mark on my forehead, since that's the only side I've ever solved.

Come on Greg. You didn't pop the plastic piece from one of the center squares and unscrew the whole thing to put back together? A lot better than peeling the stickers. What kind of child of the 80's were you?
