I've been hit with snowballs plenty of times, mainly at Wachusett but it happens everywhere. No snowballs at me at Jay yesterday, just a bunch of Frenchies telling me that the Bruins suck. I told them to take a look over their shoulder so that they could see Gomez and Gionta teeing off.

You don't have to be under the lift. At Sugarbush 2 weekends ago and several times at Mount Snow this season I witnessed people throwing snowballs from the lift - they were targeting people way out in the middle of the trail.

Yep, that was DrJeff . . . he's got a great arm.

Haha... awesome.

One of my friends is at a conference in Vegas right now, he was at dinner next to a guy from Montreal earlier in the week.

Hockey debates escalated back and forth between the two of them until my friend made a Canadiens Diving Team jab and told him he should probably call the cops... Dude stormed off in a huff... haha.

Wachusett is a little nuts like that, I was on that lift over the terrain park this year and the chair in front of us got pelted with like 100 snoballs all at once from the kids sitting at the top waiting to head through the park.

I never really gave it much thought until yesterday. On successive runs, i got absolutely bombed by a slush ball to the head and then showered with a lift full of skiers cleaning their skis off on my head. I cant remember having this happen in years. well, never got hit by a snowball before, that was a first....

maybe its the pants that make me an easy target.
I did it and I am not sorry ..

This is freaking bizarre. In almost 40 years of skiing, I've never once seen any snowballs thrown from lifts.

Many moons ago, whistler bottle rockets from the chair over Outer Limits. They were shooting them across the trail or just throwing them to go whichever direction. Was on the chair behind them.
