Trip Report:

Day #3, the final day of my spring skiing vacation was another winner! As I was staying within a mile of the parking lot, I was able to get an early start and this was a good thing as the overnight temps did not dip below freezing. The snow was soft right from the get go and after my first run down Lord>Sunrise to assess the conditions, I quickly realized that the best snow was far away from anything that was groomed and ventured elsewhere.

Bounced around the mountain from 8:15 until noon and logged around 15k feet of descent. Best runs of the day where had on Chin Clip, Midway, and the bumps down Upper Liftline> Lower National. Although the snow started to get a little sticky and tricky after 10am I did have a great time poking around the mountains lift serviced terrain looking for and finding some great skiing in the woods.

Here's some pictures. Enjoy!
