OK, I got there late so just a half day. Pleasant surprise that they were having an unnanounced half price lift ticked deal for X2 cardholders. It was cold at the summit where it was windy, but there nice groomed snow with lots of small soft bumps on the side of many trails. Interesting weather snowing all day at the summit while sunny at the base and no snow accumulation on the car. I was impressed that stratton had so many bumps as I previously found the place overgroomed. There were some easily avoided ice patches, no big deal. The crowds were minimal and I encountered no lift lines. With the good snow, nice bumps, surprise discount, and no crowds I had a great time.
