$1200/$1300/$1400 ( 12/11/10 memberships) per member Nov 15- April 15 or close of mt. ( Excluding Dec 22- Jan 1)
24/7 access for members and guests to house. generally mid weeks to yourself and guests.
2 fireplaces, 3rd outdoor firepit w 8 person hot tub

Guest fees ($30 p/p/p/n) cover utilities ( elect/propane/snow removal/wood/cleaning)

Just curious, how is the house handling COVID? Any requirements for testing etc...? What about the VT quarantine requirements?

No,
We are just having our house cleaned by our cleaning company more often - weekly - and asking everyone to do all we would do in any environment where two or more are.
One member is a medical doc, couple of PT's, and we are considering keeping it smaller with less or no guests.

Just heard no Blazers - well, my 10 year old needs a ski bud - one of our members is a Blazers Coach so maybe, just maybe, we'll get 4 or 5 together and he'll make a boatload skiing with them in trees all season - I certainly can't keep up. And Blazer parents interested - lemme know!
