Since I haven't skied there, haven't seen a balance sheet or income statement, have no idea what condition their capital is in, can't properly model the next years industry with ASC's market share partitioned, and no have knowledge of the talked about highway, I'll say its worth exactly $27,182,818.28

You're so far off, it's ridiculous. My calculations show $27,182,819.53. Where'd you learn finance, anyway? Wal Mart?

Condo owners could form a co-op and buy the place, but then they'd have to run a ski mountain.

I'm thinking we could set up a swaption here, maybe hedged out through some currency forwards. Net net, you could probably clear at least 26 cents.

The Bush sold for abit more than 7m, if you include the debt that SV assumed with the sale it was about 10m, still a very very cheap price.

Condos are not owned by any mountain they are owned by individuals, who form a board and let either the resort or another property management company rent some of the units out and do the maintenance.

The Loaf has the biggest bed count at the base of any eastern resort by far,.10,000. I agree with everyone that 41m is way out of line but you never know. Even tho the terrain between SR and the Loaf are uncomparable by the same token the profit potential is as well but the other direction.
