Alright then. Sunapee is the best ski area in the world and wildcat is terrible.

That's right...but you need to use the all important criteria of pizza and chili.

Hate to say it, but the few bumps at Sunapee do not outweigh the overall lack of terrain diversity.

went to sunapee yesterday for the first time ever. have to say we were pleasantly surprised. they've obviously continued to make snow and conditions were outstanding. bump runs were firm but the lines were good so you could stay on top turning on the backside staying out of the troughs...essentially eighting the 'normal' line. anyone who hasn't tried that id recommend giving it a shot. also, their park was really nice for my kids. user friendly big boxes and small gap jumps makes for good fun.

great place to take the kids and killer conditions for this time of year (this season anyway!)

On the North Peak Triple...
Thye were blowing snow on Flying Goose, and Eggbeater primarily for this weekends spring events. Saturday is the slush cup on Eggbeater where skiers and boarders attempt to ski through an 80 foot pond. Then on Sunday is the Mueller Cup which is a freestyle on Flying Goose. They also had a whole bunch of "whales" which should give them enough to get to their anticpated closing date of April 9th.

Wildcat has the worst food. Chili is about all I will eat there. Ever try a burger? It reminds me of paper towels mushed together. Skiing on the otherhand is some of the best in the east.

I had a great lunch at Sunapee yesterday...ham, cheese, and turkey sandwiches with mustard, mayo, and banana peppers. Didn't have to wait in line to get them either. ;)
