Haven't been to the River since last Friday before the rain. The website morning report said something like 42 trails out of 42 were groomed. Yikes. I went anyway and the sun was out when I got there with no wind. It looked great out there but the whole mountain was super rock hard cordoury.
They were blowing on White Heat and it looked like Rogue Angel. I was hoping to get on something with fresh ungroomed manmade but I cut the day way short because it was my 3rd ski day in a row and conditions weren't doing it for me.
It was the first day this year I was wishing to have my old 64mm carving skis; didn't touch them last year. I think I'll get some bindings on them and keep them in the Subie for the rest of the season.
