?? It might have been Fancy 30+ years ago when it was built....
Definitely not anymore...
They remodeled the Jordan common areas very recently, here are some pictures I took in April. I understand the guest rooms are due to be refurbished soon.

Yes, the common area remodeling is easier. The rooms is a huge undertaking as these are share owned by nuts. You have to get the HOA to sign off on the room remodels as the owners have to pay into that. That is the one, huge downfall to share owned hotels. Can't just remodel whenever you feel the need. And with LBO building them cheaply to start, quite a cost to bring the units up to the higher standards Boyne wants now. That's the big hangup with remodeling the summit, the ownership pushed back at the cost from what I have heard.

The Summit was built by using patrollers who were out on Injured Reserve....
Let's just say the quality of the construction left a lil to be desired, to say the least....

Barker 6 down with “electrical problems” which definitely has some knock-on effects.

It looks like they're in a position to get get the final 4 done if they so choose. It would make sense due to low natural so far.

-Black Hole (think they started already here?)
-Quantum Leap
-Lost Princess
-Eureka (first time in a decade + maybe?).

Assuming they will keep skipping South Paw until Agony gets replaced?

Pretty sure they’ve already made lost princess and black hole, whales on both earlier this week. I didn’t see any signs of activity on QL or Eureka despite good temps.

Wish we had more natural but I can’t complain with the rate of expansion on snowmaking trails. They need to loop back and resurface some of the earlier routes they made, some of them get quite unsafe on busy afternoons…

Black Hole and Lost Princess have been made. Princess was open before the ice storm between Xmas and NYD, hasn't since. They groomed Upper DD for the first time in years to get that back open. Unsure on the main Princess plan, they have groomed it out in the distant past. They did make the very top of Oz last weekend (both cowardly and upper Princess) but I thought it was very odd that was it on the west side. What's that, 25 guns tops?? Eureka hadn't been staged yet (I assume if they do make it, it would still be SR7 ground guns) and also didn't swing in to see if Quantum had been staged. Also, the top two short section of Grand Rapids (off the top of North and then the short section from Second Mile to Exit Left) had been skipped over. Again, very odd since they made from exit left to the DD/GR merge by itself (like 6-7 guns there?). Thinking if they make those remaining sections/trails, it will be in the lead in to MLK weekend.

But I agree, unless they get a bunch of natural, they need to remake primary and congested areas. They don't hold up to traffic very long right now.
