I started out of my condo around 7 am it was 29F. When I go to the river it was almost 50 and climbing. Shorts were the deal. I got a call from Maineskier69 to jockey for parking postion and we arrived in the same area shortly after he and the Mrs. Terry and Tammy parked right by us and Thaller1and Whaller1 parked close. Tofer and better 1/2 were right next to us. Great hook up on lodging thankx. Got to meet snowmonster Jerry G and, Snowseek. We all made a few runs after eating great time. Wildfire was awesome. I met Thaller1 and Maineskier 69 and wives and husbands at Barker before the event to do some last minute planning.lol:flag:
Ski Lab and Voklboarder were there as well as skis left and right. My family had a good time as well.
We all had a few non board freinds join in I think about 25 total. The wings and the Shrimp and Venison were most spoken about.
The turns were awesome in the morning. The North peak was the place to be Grand rapids and 3d were a ball, both Sat and sunday. On sunday we had the 1st tracks other than patrol. Vortex looked a bit crunchy so we bailed on it.
Very few spots without great cover.
All about hanging out this weekend.
