Arrived at about 8:30, booted up and was on the lift. I pretty much hit all the groomers which were all in great condition, especially the sides.

At 10 I met up with MrMagic and his dad. Skiing must run in their genes as both are great skiers and they even made mention that MrMagics grandfather still skis at 85! They can give a Temptor report, but I am sure icy sums them up. Ended up getting a lot of runs in once they finished working on the yellow lift and got it running. The crowds weren't as bad as they were last Friday. I ended up calling it a day around 12:15

Great meeting you again and your dad, both are great company to ski with. Whenever you feel like skiing groomers let me know:daffy:

Now you just need to update your days for the season in your sig. ;)

Sounds like I missed a great day! I wanted to get out there this morning but I've been feeling like death warmed over since Friday night.

Sorry to hear that Carry, hope you feel better soon. I got the flu last weekend and I have still not fully recovered.

I saw Chris Sullivan yesterday afternoon and when he indicated the pipe still wasn't fixed, I bagged skiing last night. I think he was hoping they would get it fixed last night. I was tempted to just hit the groomers, but I figured I wouldn't burn a chip and just went home after work.

They wouldn't let you run the race course on the mogul sticks?

went last night and on the whole it was icy and crowded. hadn't been up since the week before christmas, and it had obviously been ridden/rained on heavily.

Had 10:30 to 4:15 covered with kids, basically quit (except for a run or two) when the yellow triple went down- conditions weren't worth the wait (but crowds on slope were more manageable with lift down).

Temptor was not ideal....but it has been worse,

Lift one got started again before 5 pm, but the lines at lift two around 4 pm were the longest I've seen in a while.

From what we could tell they replaced a wheel up near the top of the yellow lift yesterday morning since they left the highreach next to the pole with an old wheel and a bag of tools there.
