Ski Sundown goes High-Tech

from my pass letter:


This season for our Passholders only we are introducing the Ski Sundown Access Card. Instead of a traditional pass, you will get an Access Card that works as an antenna that will be read as you approach our new RFID gates at all of our base area lifts. Electronic readers will identify your Access Card as valid, display your photo and you proceed on to the chairlift

Is the New RFID's keeping track of hours/visits/runs...ect? I know its not a bump related question but many Institution junkies frequent here so...thoughts/facts?

Yes, it can keep track of all of those things. I'm not sure how easily accessible the data will be. I haven't had a chance to play with the system yet.
