Planning another trip to killington during the weekend of 2/9. Sunrise offers the only ski home option so thats the logical choices.

We have a group of 10. Will we be able to fit into a sunrise condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths? We are prepared to bring sleeping bags if neccessary.

I looked at the killington website and it saids 3bedroom (beding variable). What exactly does that mean?

Any first hand experience with sunrise, please chip in!

Thanks.

post this over on Killingtonzone.com

There are a number of Sunrise owners who can answer that.

Word of caution I dont think you can ski in ski out right now...they do not, as far as I know, have those lifts running as there is no snow and they have not made an effort to blow that area....

Like said previously...check Killingtonzone...you'll get the info you need over there.

I'm on lodging over at K..... the bedding at Sunrise is variable, depending on the unit the second and third bedrooms may have a queen bed, two twins etc. when making the reservation with Central Res make sure to request the arrangements you need. (And yes Sundog trail is open so SR is ski on ski off)

that depends...in the old days a roof and a fireplace worked...the big trick was to not let them know how many people you could jam into a place...with kids it's different

Yea youd be amazed the number of people that could theoryoretically fit in a 6 person condo...... ;-)

Two magic phrases to know:
"minimum occupancy" - everyone gets a real bed
"maximum occupancy" - some people are on fold-out couches or futons or even rollaways
