News stations seem to be picking up a lot of skier injury stories recently (this, the two unfortunate folks at Sunday river)... Sensationalist news in an otherwise slow news time? Seems to be that to me.

p.s. this is not to detract from the injured 14-yo. I wish him and his family the best and a speedy recovery.

Strange article. Not sure what their point was. This story was more about not wearing helmets than 14YO getting hurt.

If this 14 YO was home playing video games he would not have been hurt either.
