A word of thanks to those who posted about the early season deals at Burke, Cannon, etc. The wife and I got a room at the Comfort Inn in St. J and two Burke lift tickets for $99 and had one of our best days ever there today. Colorado-like conditions, knee deep pow in the glades. Hoping for the same with a similar deal at Cannon tomorrow.

Nice score at Burke! I am sure Cannon is long since tracked out but should pick up a few inches of fresh tonight. Burke often flies under the radar, especially mid-week! St. J is a nice place to base out of if you want to hit a variety of areas within an hour or so.
