The Beast campaign stolen from Radio Shack?

Okay, I know KL has called themselves the Beast of the East for years...actually used to and now they're going back to it...but I see a glaring similarity between the new Beast campaign and the Radio Shack "The Shack" campaign. Both are talking about themselves in the 3rd person, both are making declarative statements. The Shack ads were out first...things that make you go hmmmm...
