Didn’t Green have a misplaced tower for a while before it was eventually completed? In this day and age of lasers there’s no reason to have things that out of kilter.
Without any additional info from a high level it sounds like the tower is twisted to the point that the sheaves are at their limits for alignment. So, the entire top frame has to be rotated.
The problem is, in my very limited lift experience the mounting points on Pomas between frame and towers are fixed - they are top down pass through bolts. It's not like a Hall where the frame sides are mounted around the tower with bolts. The towers need to be set close enough where the minute adjustment happen on the sheaves.
I don't know how they would resolve that easily if that's the case. Hopefully I am wrong.
