I was thinking of ordering one of these DVD's by Rush HD, a documentary on Downhill Ski Racing. The trailer looks awesome. I was wondering if anyone has seen it and how good is it?

The ultimate extreme sport..............NOT!

Wow, you know I've seen your posts on this board and they really are off-putting and belligerent. It seems pretty obvious to me that hurtling down and icy slope at 95 miles an hour is extreme. If you dont really enjoy that aspect of skiing why do you even bother posting? people like you...

I think he's being sarcastic because he likes to ski fast..the fastest I've been recorded so far is a mere 64mph and AtomicSkier who is mad aerodynamic hit 74mph at the same spot..a downhiller in full speedsuit would be hitting 80+mph..maybe 90...and then the speed skiers hitting 100-120+mph..redonkulous..I bet you can't even hear you IPOD over 80mph..

I have read that when a speed-skier falls at over 100mph the friction from the snow results in 2nd and even 3rd degree burns on the skin.
