Having just moved here, no it is not! We are still (technically...at least IIRC) in a drought. Not that I am complaining, because it could be a hell of a lot worse, and I regularly remind people of that here!

No doubt. But its also looking like freaking NCP is coming all the way up north this weekend . Ski it while you can!
