They are print off vouchers, you enter the code once when you create an account and it allows you to access the discounts. You can log back in any time and print out the vouchers when you want to use them.
I just logged mine in last night, it wouldn't let me print them until I figured out that it required a Ctrl click to get them to come up.
What discounts are offered depends on where you saw the movie.
