Depends on what you enjoy. I LOVE the view from the top of Manny over Champlain to the Dacks, north and south along the GM spine and on a good day east to Washington.
If you want to open it up to hike to terrain, the list gets a LOT more complicated. Top of Mansfield is very nice. Top of the Forerunner or Cliff House? Not as much.

Problem with top of Madonna at Smuggs is that there are other parts of the mountain with better views than the actual summit itself. I didn't climb up to the actual summit, but I you can't really see the Notch or Mansfield too well from the chairlift unload station as I recall.

I was going to include St. Anne too, but didn't have room in a top three :D
Great views up there.

fair enough

Mt Ellen affords a similar 360 view, though as mentioned prior, not quite as impressive as Mansfield due to what part of the lake you are looking over.

Many of us have different opinions and that's what makes the world go round but the main thing I think we all need to stop and consider is that no matter what each of our favorite views are, they are all a bypoduct we get to enjoy while doing what we love to do.

I only have 2 that are awesome enough to me, to have to mention.

Jay peak for the 360 degree views and the amount that you can see.

Best I have. My friend spliced together a complete 360 panorama from the summit.

And The Canyons in Park City. The view is not the greatest, but every morning this is what we saw rising out of the valley.

I'll definately agree with Cannon, Wildcat and Heavenly. Telluride has some pretty dramatic views also

Some non-east coast pics?

1: Mount Shuksan from Baker Ski area
2: Garibaldi Provincial park range from Whistler
3: Jackson Valley / Town from the Rendezvous Bowl at Jackson Hole
