I miss:

1. Brodie on St. Patrick's day (green snow, if you remember)
2. Haystack during February vacation week (crowds)

always meant to ski Mt Tom. On sunday night drives back from VT i'd always say "next time we'll stop".

You still can, you'll just be doing a bit of hiking. ;)

I only skied there a few times as a kid, I don't remember it much at all. Same goes for Powder Ridge, which I only skied once.

Enchanted Mountain, ME (only once, very nice)
Colby, ME
Pine Top, RI (boring)
Mt. Tom, MA

Wa-Loaf, did you ever ski Colby when anything besides the main slope was open? I think there was a bunny slope with a rope tow, and a skinny expert trail to the right of the main slope, but only the main slope had snowmaking. This was around 1969.
