I skied on Saturday. I'm the one in the light blue shirt...turning towards the camera. Good times! But I felt a bit "old". I was at least twice the average age. Maybe next year I'll head over earlier before all the kids are out of bed.

After that, back to the house to prep for drjeff and family who were coming over later in the afternoon.

The smoker in action:

I used mostly apple wood chunks for this chicken. I threw in a few pouches of Mesquite for good measure. My wife makes her own seasoning and seasons before we put it on the smoker.

My secret to good smoked chicken: Quality beer.

Excellent weekend overall! It got a little warm Monday, but the rain held off, so no complaints.

Great TR there Glenn. And I can say with 100% certainty that the chicken was as tasty as it looks, and that the cooler wasn't nearly as full when myself and the family left ;) Thanks again Glenn

Thanks Nick. That's the backyard at the weekend place. The skiing was at Mt. Snow.
