Tramdock error in your favor, collect 12 pairs of socks

The UPS guy just came, with the tramdock order I put in last week or so.

Smartwool socks for $6.xx a pair.

Not bad, right?

So I bought 3 pairs, two for me and one for my gf (since I ski more than her).

What was in the box from tramdock?

2 BOXES of socks (6 pair each) for me and 1 pair of socks for my girlfriend.

First time something like this has happened to me. Thanks Tramdock!

I wish they messed up her socks too!

Or you could email them alerting them to the error and see what they say. I've found in the past that when I've taken this approach, not only is the retailer usually thankful that you've notified them, but they usually let you keep the stuff anyway because it costs them more money to get it back.

If you contact them and they say you can keep the socks, you could then donate the extra pairs you received to charity...

I replied thanking them.

I will probably give some to charity (There's a big brothers & big sisters box around the corner from my work) and some to my friends who still wear thick cotton socks, and keep an extra pair or so for myself.

last season the meatheads sent my order out twice but only charged me once. so i have had two copies of wanderland and two ski the east pint glasses. when i called to ask them for postage so i could send it back they said to to keep the stuff and give the extra movie to another ski nut. i still have the extra copy in its wrapper. i meant to give it to an AZer last year at hunter but fogot. maybe i will remember this year?
